Vir is responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and growth of business at Suventure. Prior to this, Vir was Vice President and Head of India Business at CIBER, a billion dollar global IT services organization.In his career, Vir has held several leadership positions in IT products and services organizations in business development, marketing, delivery, and business management in telecom, consumer electronics, semiconductor, automotive, and healthcare domains.

Earlier, Vir was co-founder of Knowledge Systems, a technology services start-up, that was scaled up and subsequently acquired by CIBER. Prior to that, Vir worked with Apple and held several leadership positions in product management, channels and, sales & marketing operations for the SAARC nations. Vir believes in leadership based on principles and trust. He thrives in building passionate, inspired, motivated teams that can keep redefining the bar and achieve extraordinary.

Vir holds MBA in Economics and Finance from West Chester University, Pennsylvania, and B.Tech from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York. Vir is a speaker at various business schools and forums and member of industry associations like TiE and NASSCOM. Vir loves most genres of music and is an avid reader. Vir and his wife Bhavana live in Bangalore with two children.

Director Delivery,  Head Engineering Research & Development

Harsha is co-founder and head of delivery for Suventure Services. He is responsible for giving over all technology engineering and delivery directions to the organization. His responsibilities include solution architecture, delivery management, pre-sales, and technical disciplines emphasizing on processes with expertise in product development and technology management.

With over 15 years of leadership experience, Harsha has worked with CIBER, a billion dollar global IT services organization in various leadership roles and has lead successful engagements with clients such as IBM, Philips, and Ecrio Inc. Capable of leading strong, multi-faceted and varied technology platform teams, Harsha has successfully delivered in high multitude complex projects throughout his endeavoring career.

Harsha believes in scrupulous execution for end clients resulting in creating high value and sustainable partnerships with global clientele.

An electronics and communications engineering graduate from MSRIT, Bangalore University, Harsha is a nature lover and wildlife enthusiast and visits various sanctuaries often to experience serenity, harmony, and nirvana.

Director and Head Sales & Marketing

Dipankar is head of sales and marketing for Suventure Services. He is responsible for business development, sales and marketing operations including Suventure’s growth and expansion strategy. He leads an experienced team of sales and marketing professionals, cultivating, nurturing, and strengthening customer relationships.Dipankar has considerable IT sales and marketing experience, attributing his career to his ability to match business imperatives with innovative technology solutions. Prior to Suventure, Dipankar held various leadership roles at global IT products and services organizations including Oracle, ThoughtWorks and CIBER Inc. In his last assignment, Dipankar was heading national business for ERP and Business Intelligence services.

Dipankar follows a very simple mantra: the very essence of leadership is – have a great vision and even greater tenacity for meticulous execution, and that is what it takes to translate vision into reality.

Dipankar holds a Master’s Degree (PGDBM) in Sales and Marketing from ITM, Mumbai and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VTU, Karnataka.

Dipankar is a fervent rock and metal fan and a cineaste. He enjoys playing and watching all sports and is an avid biker.

Business Development Director – Nordics

Having more than 25 years of International and cross-cultural experience in the Technology sector, Claus has built a strong base of skills and knowledge across several industry domains amongst Shipping & Transportation, Manufacturing and Public Services and others.

Most recently Claus was the Client partner in TechMahindra for KMD for IT Infrastructure and Application Managed Services. Previously, Claus has held Sr. and leadership positions with companies like C.G. Maersk, IBM, Envecon etc. and has contributed to exponential growth for these companies.

Claus has hands on experience establishing and growing outsourcing companies in India as well as Denmark and hence the association with Suventure.

Claus is responsible for overall strategy, growth and expansion of Suventure Services business in the Nordics region and to assure of bringing high quality, world class development support to companies operating in the local markets of Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.

Bikram S. Sohal had served Suventure as Managing Director of Digital Services Practice in 2021-23. Bikram helped grow Suventure Digital Services business and delivery focusing on solutions that improve customer growth and engagement for our clients. These services include digital strategy, transformation, marketing, eCommerce, customer relationship management, data, analytics, and related offerings. While with his move to the USA, he continues to be on Suventure Advisory Board and chalk a future growth for the company.

Bikram (https://lnkd.in/gjW5gFF), was the Managing Director, Asia Pacific at Start. io, a mobile data, and media company. Bikram is also an entrepreneur and was the CEO & Co-Founder of GoSavvy, a mobile commerce marketplace for unsold hospitality inventory in India. Bikram was Vice President at Turner Broadcasting in Hong Kong where he led the global expansion of CNNGo, CNN’s Travel, and Lifestyle digital business. He was also a Sr. Director & GM, APAC Portal Operations at AOL where he led Aol’s market expansion. Bikram has an MBA from The Yale School of Management, an MS in Engineering from The George Washington University, and a BS in Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, India.

Manoj has over two and a half decades of experience in the areas of Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, Product Management and R&D Operations at global leadership positions with application software and financial services firms. In his last role at Misys plc, a leading software solutions provider to the financial services industry, Manoj was a member of the Senior Leadership Team that led the historic turnaround of the company, creating significant shareholder value through its multi year transformation. In addition to managing Global Operations, Manoj was also the Chief Executive of Misys India and a director on the boards of Misys Software Solutions, and Turaz Trade & Risk Management.  At Misys India, Manoj was also responsible for managing Allscripts, the healthcare business of Misys before its divestiture into a separate company.Having facilitated the buy-out and subsequent integration of Misys into the portfolio of a Private Equity Firm, Manoj decided to change course in June 2013. He now works independently with business leaders, company boards, non-profit organisations and private equity investors. He has taken on the role of Angel Investor, mentor and coach to a number of start-up ventures, helping them formulate winning strategies.

Prior to his decade long stint with Misys, Manoj was with ICICI Bank, dealing in foreign exchange and derivatives. Manoj had joined ICICI Bank at its start up stage, working across multiple business areas through the 1990s as it evolved into the largest private sector bank in India.
