Job Role: Technical Program & Project Management Specialist

Experience: 5+ yrs

Job Description:
 Employees in this job function plan and oversees the execution of projects and/or
programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology
applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal
infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.).
 They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the
values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas
of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise
 Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT
teams, technology vendors, etc.
 Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined
process between the internal teams and external technology providers
 Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/
teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements
 Ensure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the
agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resources
 Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear
format for presentations and reviews
 Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the
projects/programs
 Manage technology product goals and forecasts. Collaborate with technical development
team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an
implementation roadmap
 Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle
methodologies like agile, waterfall etc.
Skills Required:
 Project Management
Skills Preferred:
 Jira, Agile Software Development, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Scrum (Software
Development), Program Manage PM's & Projects

Experience Required:
 Specialist Exp: 6 years in IT; 3 years in Program Mgmt., Expert in Proj Mgr
Experience Preferred:
 Should have 7~8 years of experience in Project/Program Management.
Education Required:
 Bachelor’s Degree,
 Master’s Degree
Additional Information :
 Play the role of “Agile Release Train Engineer” managing cross skilled teams in assigned
Agile Release Train (ART)
 Be first line of defense to shield delivery teams from planned and unplanned needs for
various purposes.
 Collaborate with Transformation leadership team to develop Objective and Key Results
(OKR’s) for L4 and below.
 Manage intake process for the program and coordinate intakes through the phases of
assessment, estimation & planning.
 Manage scope change management practices and drive governance to ensure strong
scope change control.
 Manage Administration and Control of JIRA and Confluence
 Drive and oversee coordination of cross-functional teams involved in the transformation
to support all aspects of the program.
 Manage the weekly forums of health measurement, dashboard generation, status
reporting, risk monitoring, issue escalations, process audit & reporting.
 Maintain the data sanity in tools like Jira, Confluence & SharePoint.
 Organizers of cross ART collaborative sessions & cadences e.g. Retrospectives.
 Drive alignment among delivery governance with organizational governance.
 Establish quality standards to be followed across the teams.
 Be the first line of integration with external teams for data measurement & data sharing
e.g. L1 & L2 executive teams, Office of CTO, Office of CPO.
 Be first line of integration with teams external to the program for cross dependency
tracking e.g. with Insurance, Integration Services.
 Monitor process adherence & activate remediation protocols where needed.
